That's the credo at Mermin Associates, a firm that teaches speech, communication and presentation skills to corporate executives, actors and newscasters. The company president's eye color made quite an impression on us (PMS 5473) so we let it inspire the palette. For the second color we chose a rust we thought she'd look great in.
